FULL-TIME LANDSCAPER / PROPERTY MAINTENANCE - 1 Day a Week

Looking for a reliable, hardworking person for a full-time, full-day landscaping and property maintenance position.

This job is not just landscaping. We are looking for someone who will keep the entire property clean and maintained throughout the day.

Duties include:

Mowing, edging, trimming and blowing

Trimming bushes, hedges and trees
Pulling weeds and maintaining planter areas
Checking and repairing sprinklers/irrigation
Cleaning up leaves, trash and debris
Hosing down driveways, sidewalks and patios
Pressure washing as needed
Removing spiderwebs from buildings, eaves, gates and outdoor areas
Cleaning exterior doors, windows and fixtures
Keeping garages, storage areas and outdoor areas clean and organized
Cleaning and maintaining landscaping equipment
General property maintenance and cleanup

We want someone who notices what needs to be done and stays busy without having to be constantly supervised.

When the landscaping is finished, there is always property cleaning, washing, organizing or maintenance work to be done.

Requirements:

Landscaping or property maintenance experience required

Experience using blowers, mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers and pressure washers
Reliable and punctual
Able to work outside all day
Able to lift 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license preferred
