Full-Time Lawn and Garden Mechanic

Location: Port Orchard WA

Pay: DOE (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week (let us know if maybe part time is more you thing and we can talk)
We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Lawn & Garden Mechanic to join our team. This is a fast-paced shop, so you must be comfortable working on equipment all day and jumping in to help customers when needed.

Schedule Details

• 5-day work week
• Hours fall between Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair lawn & garden equipment
• Work on:

o Riding mowers
o Push mowers
o Chainsaws
o Edgers
o Rototillers
o 2-cycle equipment

• Look up parts and use online systems for research
• Help customers at the counter when needed
• Load/unload equipment
• Keep shop clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

• Experience repairing small engine / lawn equipment (required)
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs
• Physically able to stand, kneel, lift, and move throughout the day
• Self-motivated – can work independently
• Team player with a good attitude
• Comfortable talking with customers
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Basic computer skills
