Full-Time Maintenance Tech / Handyman

Scott The Handyman LLC is hiring a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our growing KC-based team. We handle property maintenance, turnovers, repairs, light remodels, and multi-family work throughout the metro.

This is NOT on-call work and NO weekends.

**What We’re Looking For:**

• Real hands-on experience (property maintenance preferred)
• Comfortable with plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance installs, and basic carpentry
• Reliable and punctual
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to work independently and follow instructions
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

**This Role Is NOT For:**

• Chronic late arrivals or no-shows
• People who ignore directions
• Anyone who disappears mid-job
• “YouTube techs” without real experience
• Poor communicators
