Full-Time Maintenance Tech / Handyman

Scott The Handyman LLC is looking for an experienced full-time Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in residential property maintenance, apartment turnovers, work orders, repairs, and light remodeling for property management companies throughout the Kansas City metro.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has Experience With:

Apartment maintenance or property maintenance (preferred)
Unit turns and work orders
Drywall repair and painting
Basic plumbing repairs
Basic electrical repairs
Appliance installation and replacement
Doors, trim, hardware, and general carpentry
Troubleshooting and problem solving
Requirements
Previous maintenance experience is required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Able to work independently while maintaining quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Strong communication skills
Able to safely lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
