Full Time Maintenance Technician

Seeking a reliable, motivated and energetic individual to join our team at a 35 unit affordable housing apartment complex in Bangor to assist with the maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Must be available to participate in the on-call schedule.  

Pay is $25-27 per hour, based on experience.

BROAD SCOPE OF DUTIES:

• unit turnover (making units ready for rent)
• repairs to appliances and fixtures
• basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• paint building interiors
• miscellaneous carpentry repairs
• change locks
• grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal
• vacuuming stairwells and hallways, mopping all common areas, wiping down all entryways, dusting all light fixtures, and cleaning all front door entryways
• making sure that vacant units are clean
