Full-Time Maintenance Technician

We are a real estate development and property management company located in the Fulton Market neighborhood. Our portfolio includes approximately 115,000 square feet of office and retail space in loft buildings.

About the Role:

We’re seeking a dependable and skilled Full-Time Maintenance Technician who can handle building maintenance and helping with buildouts for tenant improvement projects in the office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building upkeep
• Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve building maintenance issues
• Conduct regular property inspections and identify potential issues before they become larger problems
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks to help preserve building systems and finishes
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and communicate updates to the management team

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience (commercial property experience preferred)
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset
• Experience with historic buildings or older construction is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Having a personal truck or reliable work vehicle is a plus

• Compensation is dependent on experience and qualifications
