Full-Time On Site Maintenance Technician Position (HOA Condominiums and townhomes)

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Building Maintenance Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of building maintenance.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Flexible with start time)

Job Description:

ASPM-San Diego, a full-service property management company, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to service our HOA properties, including condominiums and townhomes, throughout San Diego County.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of tools and general maintenance practices is helpful but not required.
• An interest in working on a variety of tasks, from simple repairs to assisting with larger projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As part of our team, you’ll help with a variety of maintenance tasks, including:

• General building upkeep.
• Small stucco and drywall repairs.
• Light fixture replacements and photo cell maintenance.
• Light plumbing tasks (if you’re interested, we’re happy to teach you!).

Requirements:
Transportation: Must have a vehicle capable of carrying basic tools and small equipment.
Screening: Must pass a background check.
Licensing: Valid driver’s license with current insurance and registration.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift 75 lbs safely.

Benefits:

Starting Pay: $22.00 (Depending on experience)
Mileage for transport while working.
