Full Time Maintenance/Handy Man Needed

Property Management/Building Maintenance company looking for a full time technician to handle work orders, maintenance, etc. Must be able to diagnose the issue and resolve. Must have reliable transportation and be able to go to multiple sites a day. Previous experience required.

Daily duties include but are not limited to

Light electrical

Light plumbing
Hot water heater replacement
Pressure washing
Lock changes
Patching & painting
Ceramic tile installation
Laminate countertop replacement
Vanity replacement
Occasional after hours emergency calls/lockouts
