Full Time Mobile Forklift Mechanic

Join our team at A Lift Above, a leading Forklift company specializing in forklift operations. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced full-time forklift mechanic to maintain and repair our customers fleet of forklifts.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance and inspections on forklifts to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Repair and replace faulty parts and components as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance actions, and parts inventory.
• Collaborate with the operations team to minimize downtime and ensure smooth workflow.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in training new mechanics or technicians when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a forklift mechanic or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of forklift systems, electrical components, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues.

-Must be able to lift 50lbs

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
