Full Time Painter needed (40hrs a week) $19 to $22 based on experience

Brix Construction is looking for an experienced, dependable painter for residential properties in the Cleveland area.

Responsibilities include:

Interior and exterior painting
Preparing walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces
Patching holes and completing minor drywall repairs
Sanding, priming, caulking, and applying clean finishes
Keeping the work area clean and organized

Requirements:

Previous residential painting experience
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently
Dependable and able to complete projects on schedule
