Miguel here and I look forward to meeting you. I’m a Real Estate Broker here in Austin. Established in 2006. My team and I focus on property management. We are looking for a trustworthy maintenance technician / property assistant to help maintain and show residential properties throughout central, east, and southeast Austin.
Responsibilities:
-General property repairs and maintenance. We'll train if needed.
-Property inspections and miscellaneous maintenance tasks.
-Showing assistance: provide property access for prospective tenants (our office handles all applicant communication).
Compensation:
-$22 per hour.
-Full-time contract work (1099)
