Full Time opening for real estate maintenance and construction skilled worker. Successful applicant should have 3 years experience, own their own hand tools, have dependable transportation, clean criminal record. Work will include maintaining commercial and residential rental real estate, maintenance, commercial space remodels, residential remodels, punch outs. Work will include carpentry, masonry, lighting, HVAC maintenance, electrical, plumbing, excavation, roofing, painting, drywall, glazing and everything else you can do taking care of real estate. Properties are privately owned. Starting pay is $150.00/day, paid cash at end of each day. Once you prove yourself raises are available.
