Description
We are looking for a dependable, experienced Renovation Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with year-round work on residential and commercial interior renovation projects.
Requirements:
- Experience with demolition
- Framing
- Drywall installation and finishing
- Plaster repair
- Interior painting
- Light carpentry (installing baseboards, door trim, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Experience using power and hand tools
* 1099 Independent Contractor (W-9 required). Payment by company check.
