Maintenance Technician

Aptrentz, LLC is seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Media, PA. We manage a 333-unit apartment portfolio and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and values being part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

-Complete apartment service requests and work orders
-Perform apartment turnovers, repairs, and preventative maintenance
-Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, windows, and general building systems
-Maintain common areas, grounds, and building appearance
-Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed
-Work closely with residents, vendors, and management to provide excellent service

Qualifications

-Prior maintenance, construction, handyman, or trade experience preferred
-Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or apartment maintenance is a plus
-Strong work ethic and positive attitude
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-EPA certification is a plus but not required
