Full Time Warehouse Manager - Event Equipment Rentals

Arizona Bounce Around is looking to hire a warehouse manager for an immediate full-time role.

Our company has been in business for 24 years.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced warehouse manager to oversee our warehouse operations: coordinate teams loading/unloading trucks, staging equipment, and ensure routine equipment maintenance is scheduled/completed. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations from start to finish - maintaining organization, record keeping, and optimizing operational efficiency. Our business operates 7 days a week and the warehouse is at the center of it all; strong planning and organizational skills are a must.

This is not an office job. We are looking for someone that can not only hold a clipboard but knows when to put it down and jump in to help their team accomplish a task. If this sounds like you, we would love to welcome you to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service.
• Implement process improvements using lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Supervise warehouse operations, including inventory management, staging, loading, unloading, and order fulfillment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business partners.
• Coordinate demand planning and production planning to meet warehouse needs effectively.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the rental operations to enhance service delivery.
• Manage budgetary responsibilities related to rental operations, ensuring cost-effective practices.
• Oversee fleet management and materials management to optimize resource utilization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a rental or logistics warehouse environment.
• Warehouse experience in the event rental space is required.
• Supervisory/leadership experience is required; ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification is desirable (not required); experience operating forklifts is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments effectively.
• Available to work Saturdays & Sundays.
• Able to lift 50/75 lbs., repeatedly.
• Able to work outside in the heat.
• Reliable to show up at the job on time.
• Reliable personal transportation and a working cell phone.
• Represent the company in a positive and friendly manner.
• Team player that works well with others.
• Demonstrate an awareness of safety and a hard work ethic.
• Basic computer literacy. (Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel)
• Strong organization skills.
• Strong work ethic. (self starter)
• Must be punctual .
• A valid Driver's License is required.
• Desired Skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience driving box trucks or towing trailers.
