WANTED: FULLTIME SKILLED CONTRACTORS FOR A LARGE COMMERCIAL BUILDOUT IN DOWNTOWN CHICAGO

A real estate development company needs fulltime skilled tradesmen for a large commercial buildout in downtown Chicago. The project will last for at least two years and will involve all major trades, including rough and finished carpentry, electrical, plumbing, stonework with high-end stones, painting, and drywalling. Other licensed contractors will be responsible for the permit and project oversight. Each individual contractor will be working under the direct supervision of the hands-on general contractor and site supervisor and each contractor will be paid directly each week for the work performed. The site supervisor is fluent in both English and Spanish

Please do not apply if you only do demolition, cleaning, or landscaping because none of that type of work is needed. Small general contracting companies and groups of workers will be considered if they perform the work themselves (rather than subcontracting it out) and if the company owner and all of the workers work fulltime on this project (rather than trying to do other jobs at the same time). Handyman service companies that serve multiple customers will not be considered.
