Furniture Appentice

Allaire has been in business for 30 years, crafting high-end furniture. From the wood shop to upholstery and metalwork, we are the dream place to work for any artisan. We are seeking a high-energy, hardworking furniture apprentice to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will primarily assist in the wood shop but may be asked to help in other departments as needed. This position offers an exciting growth opportunity. We are looking for someone experienced working in a wood shop environment.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

-Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

-Maintain and keep the shop clean under the direction of wood shop management
-Run shop errands (MUST have a valid driver's license)
-Physical stamina and dexterity (lifting heavy wood, standing for long periods, ladders)
-Required to support the team during furniture deliveries and installations when needed.
-Basic knowledge of furniture construction — Understanding joinery, materials, or fabrication processes
-Experience working in a woodshop environment
