Furniture Artisan (entry level to advanced)

Must love furniture or have a passion for restoration. Also have some skills. The ability to adapt and learn is necessary. Current work is all in shop (not limited to) repairs, refinishing of furniture and doors. I do not currently have any cabinet builds or door installs. Pay is piece work. Employee typically collects within 24hrs of piece being picked up by customer or delivered. Processes, pay/hours alotted for each job are defined on paperwork. Preferably applicant is highly skilled, efficient, capable of multitasking on several pieces, sets daily goals and achieves them, productive when left unattended, have hand tools(can supply temporarily), reliable transportation, communicate well and stick to the flexible schedule we discuss. Currently have 1 artisan working with me and looking to add 1 full time or 2 part time team member(s) at any skill level that bring value to the shop and fit well long-term. Shop experience preferred but not necessary. My business is growing and I need people that represent the brand I have created.
