Furniture Assembler

Job Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Furniture Assembler and bring expertly crafted furniture to life. In this role you will be responsible for assembling a variety of furniture pieces with precision and care. Your proficiency with power tools, and attention to detail will drive the successful completion of projects, delighting customers and supporting our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

-Read, interpret and follow assembly instructions manual to ensure accurate assembly of furniture pieces.
-Operate power tools such as impact driver and drills efficiently
-Use hand tools such screwdrivers, hammers, tape measures, and other mechanical tools to assemble furniture components.
-Conduct lifting and manual handling of materials up to 50lbs
-Maintain an organized workspace by keeping tools, materials, and finished product organized.
-Follow our safety standards including proper machine operation and power tool safety procedures.
-Inspect assembled furniture for quality assurance, ensuring all components are correctly fitted and finished according to specifications.

Experience:
-Prior experience in furniture assembly is highly preferred.
-Familiarity with power tools an asset.
-Knowledge of safety standards and proper use of hand tools is essential.
-Basic math skills are necessary for measurements and accurately.
-Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining focus on quality and precision.
-Strong communication skill an asset.
