At Star Lanes Polaris, we're looking for an energetic, hands-on Arcade & Redemption Manager who knows how to turn a game room into an experience guests can't wait to come back to.

As our Arcade & Redemption Manager, you'll take ownership of the arcade and redemption operation - from the games on the floor and prizes behind the counter to the team members creating memorable guest experiences every day.

What You'll Do

Manage the day-to-day operations of our arcade and redemption areas.
Lead, coach, train, and motivate arcade team members.
Create an energetic, clean, safe, and exciting environment for guests.
Keep arcade games operational, clean, properly stocked, and guest-ready.
Work with technicians and vendors to quickly address equipment issues.
Manage redemption inventory, prize ordering, receiving, merchandising, and organization.
Maintain accurate inventory counts and conduct regular inventory audits.
Monitor arcade sales, game performance, prize costs, and other department metrics.
Identify opportunities to increase arcade revenue and guest engagement.
Recommend new games, prize offerings, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
Keep the redemption counter and prize displays attractive and well stocked.
Handle guest questions and concerns and provide outstanding service recovery.
Assist with scheduling, staffing, training, and labor management.
Work closely with our Bowling, Food & Beverage, Events, and Operations teams.
Make sure company standards, safety procedures, and operational policies are followed.
Jump in and help wherever needed - we're an entertainment business, and no two days are exactly alike!
What We're Looking For

You don't have to be a lifelong arcade expert - but you do need to be a great leader.

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience in entertainment, hospitality, retail, bowling, arcades, family entertainment centers, or a similar environment.
Enjoys working with people and knows how to build a strong team.
Has excellent customer-service and communication skills.
Is organized and comfortable managing inventory.
Understands basic sales, revenue, labor, and expense management.
Is comfortable learning and working with arcade equipment and technology.
Can identify problems and take initiative to get them solved.
Is energetic, positive, dependable, and willing to lead by example.
Can work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The redemption area is organized and well stocked.
