Location: Concord, CA | Serving the East Bay

Schedule: 30-40 hours per week
Pay: $25-$35/hour, based on experience, skills, and performance

We're looking for an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented installer to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and appreciate working with a small, professional team where your contributions matter, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Install custom garage cabinets, shelving, slat walls, overhead storage racks, and other garage organization systems.
• Perform general carpentry, measuring, cutting, and assembly work.
• Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment.
• Communicate professionally and courteously with homeowners.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Work closely with our team to deliver excellent results.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in cabinet installation, finish carpentry, garage storage installation, or a related trade.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, honest, and professional.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to safely lift and handle materials weighing 60+ pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong professional references.
