Garage Door Installer — Chicago (Residential & Commercial)

Client is specifically looking for top-tier candidates: highly experienced, well-reviewed, and with a strong professional attitude — not just anyone who can do the work.

Install and repair sectional garage doors, openers, rolling steel/grille doors, and high-speed commercial doors for residential and commercial customers across Chicago and the surrounding suburbs (Skokie, Evanston, Oak Park, Glenview, Berwyn, Deerfield, Arlington Heights, Cicero, Oak Lawn). Work includes new installations, spring/opener repairs, and occasional 24/7 emergency service calls.

What you need:

• Experience welding, and building/repairing automatic gates, strongly preferred in addition to garage door work
• Comfortable using power tools and working at heights
• Valid driver's license (travel between job sites across Chicagoland)
• Prior garage door, overhead door, or general construction/install experience preferred
• Able to lift heavy doors/panels and work outdoors in all weather
• Willingness to be on an emergency/on-call rotation (company offers 24/7 emergency repair)
• Strong reputation and references — client wants proven, high-quality installers only
