What You Will Do:

Diagnose, repair, and install residential overhead door systems: torsion and extension springs, drums, cables, rollers, tracks, smart openers, and full door assemblies.

Perform comprehensive 25-point safety and mechanical inspections on every call.

Present homeowners with transparent, tiered repair and replacement options.

Keep your company service vehicle organized, clean, and properly inventoried.

Complete digital invoices, upload inspection photos, and collect on-site customer payments via mobile tablet/phone.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 1+ year of hands-on residential garage door service, repair, or installation (must be fully confident replacing torsion springs and openers independently).

Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable DMV driving record.

Coachability: Strong desire to sharpen your field communication, master modern consultative sales, and increase your weekly commission payout.

Professionalism: Punctual, organized, well-spoken, and respectful in customers' homes.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 75+ lbs, work safely from step and extension ladders, and handle power tools daily.
