Installation Manager / Salesperson – $90K + Commission (Hayward / Castro Valley)

Garage Living Bay Area is hiring a full-time Manager who can install, sell, and lead crews. This is a dual role combining hands-on installation work with sales and crew leadership. If you can build, sell, and lead, we want you.

Installation Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead installation crews
• Maintain project timelines and quality standards
• Coordinate materials, schedules, and jobsite needs
• Support team members and uphold company standards
• Install steel cabinets, garage flooring, wall organizers, and light residential construction
• Ensure high-quality workmanship on every project
• Use power tools safely and confidently
• Maintain jobsite accuracy, organization, and customer satisfaction

Sales Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
• Create project renderings and estimates using Cabinet Vision (we will train you)
• Present design options clearly and professionally
• Close sales and manage customer relationships from start to finish

Pay & Schedule:

• $90,000 per year plus sales commission
• Full-time position
• Located in Hayward

Requirements:

• 10+ years construction experience
• Strong carpentry skills
• Crew leadership experience
• Computer proficient (must be able to learn Cabinet Vision quickly)
• Sales experience in home improvement or construction
• Experience with epoxy/polyaspartic flooring preferred
• Valid, clean driver’s license
• Legal to work in the U.S.
• Must speak, read, and understand English
• Non-smoker
