This is all a team effort. Everyone is cross-trained so they can help where needed. We carefully grow and trim high-quality, indoor, award-winning plants. Attention to detail is necessary. The desire to produce a beautiful product is necessary.
This is a YEAR-ROUND operation at an indoor facility. This is not just a seasonal job.
