GC Hiring: Construction Lead / Skid Steer Operator — Path to PM

Compensation: $24–$30/hr depending on experience. Full-time, Monday–Friday. Real path into running your own projects once you earn it.
I run a general contracting business in the Nashville area — new builds, additions, remodels, and precast concrete pools we crane into backyards in a day. Jobs are in Old Hickory, Franklin, and around Middle Tennessee. I'm hiring one person to run jobsites with me — managing the day, running equipment, keeping crews moving, and reporting back. This isn't following me around. I'll train you on the parts you don't know yet.
What I care about:

On time, every day. No excuses, no drama.

Willing to learn. Construction experience is a plus, but attitude matters more.
Physically fit. Real work — lifting, digging, on your feet all day.
Your own reliable vehicle. You'll drive between jobsites on your own. Non-negotiable. A truck that can tow is a big plus.
Skid steer experience helps — you don't need to be great, I'll get you better. Mini-excavator even better.

Clean driver's license and a smartphone required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus — many of our crews speak Spanish.
$24–$30/hr depending on experience. Full-time, Monday through Friday. Steady, year-round work — no seasonal layoffs.
