GC Retail Superintendent

HIRING: Experienced GC retail superintendent available to start Tuesday 9/22 and work every week thru 11/3/26. Must be reliable and be able to communicate clearly, can read drawings, knows how to do daily updates and photos, can handle building departments (permits/inspections), can communicate with multiple subcontractors and store managers for daily meetings, is respectful and willing to work with others, can lead a crew efficiently, and can keep a clean and organized jobsite. Must be professional. Must also have your own tools in case we need assistance with completing punch items. Resume, references, drug test and background required.
