GC seeking licensed sub-contractors, general laborers

I'm looking for licensesd trade contractors in the following areas:
1. Framers/carpentry (C5)
2. Plumbing (C36)
3. Electrical (C10)
4. Concrete (C8)
5. Tile (C54)
6. Drywall (C9)

This would be for piece work on multiple projects throughout the Los Angeles area.
Must have reliable transportation, own tools, bond and liability insurance (added insured certs required).
Consideration will be offered on a per-project basis (piece work).

Additionally looking for general/skilled laboerers for job-site clean up, painting, final hook-ups, trim work, etc...
Pay for laborers will be determined based on experience level, and will be in the range of $20-$30/hour.
