We’re looking for experienced, dependable subcontractors and crews for ongoing residential construction and remodeling projects throughout the Jacksonville area.

Potential work includes:

Decks and fences

Drywall installation and repairs
Light framing and carpentry
Stucco repairs
Interior and exterior painting
Brickwork and masonry
Siding, soffit, and fascia
Flooring and trim work
General remodeling and home repairs
Most projects will be labor-only, so subcontractors must have:

Reliable transportation

All necessary tools and equipment
Strong communication and dependability
Attention to detail and quality workmanship
The ability to provide clear progress photos throughout each project
A commitment to keeping job sites clean and professional
