General Aviation Ramp Manager / Aircraft Maintenance Apprentice

Full time general aviation ramp manager and aircraft maintenance apprentice needed for aircraft service facility. Applicant may obtain an Airframe and Powerplant license or repairman’s certificate through documented work experience here at our shop.

Duties will include managing an aircraft and float storage lot, moving and delivering aircraft and floats with specialized equipment, aircraft and float washing, general aviation repair and maintenance, snowplowing and light facility and grounds maintenance. Applicant will operate forklifts, company vehicles and small equipment. Applicant must be physically fit, have mechanical ability and be prepared for outdoor work.

Any mechanical experience as well as forklift certification is a plus.

Position is Monday through Friday with some occasional overtime. Wage is $18-$25/hr DOE to start. DOT/FAA background check and drug testing required. 90 Day probationary period.
