General Building Foreman

Are You Exceptional? We are looking for exceptional lead carpenters and foremen to join our team!

We are currently hiring a "bags-on" Foreman to provide guidance and supervision to our project teams across custom home, hospitality, and winery construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and comprehend construction documents, including building plans and blueprints.
• Communicate with employees and clients in a respectful manner.
• Calculate labor and materials as needed for field extra work orders.
• Create and monitor project schedules.
• Supervise carpenters and subcontractors.
• Perform all carpentry duties required, including both rough and finish carpentry.
• Assign and explain tasks to the project team, ensuring work conforms to plans and specifications.
• Maintain accurate daily records of all work completed by the project team.
• Work closely with the Project Manager or Superintendent to meet production and quality goals.

Requirements:

• Proven, verifiable experience in residential and commercial construction.
• Strong leadership skills and honest character.
• Sound knowledge of safety standards and procedures.
• Tooled up and the ability to safely operate power tools.
• Excellent time management and effective communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
