General Construction Assistant – DRYWALL, Framing, Carpentry

A growing Denver-area general contracting company, is looking for a General Construction Assistant with main focus on drywall, structural framing and carpentry.

REQUESTS:

Hang, tape, mud, finish and sand smaller sized drywall jobs (Drywall finishing skill level 4/5 finish).
Assist with structural framing on residential remodel projects.
Perform general carpentry tasks (rough and finish work as needed).
Follow direction from the on-site manager and lead carpenters.
Handle assigned tasks independently once briefed — we need someone who doesn't need to be micromanaged.
Keep job sites organized, safe, and clean.
Help with material handling, measuring, cutting, and basic tool setup/maintenance.

What we're looking for:

Experience with structural framing, carpentry, and/or drywall (residential preferred)
Comfortable using standard power tools and hand tools
Reliable transportation to job sites around the Denver metro area
Strong work ethic — takes direction well but also works independently without constant supervision
Punctual, safety-conscious, team player.
Background check and drug test
