General construction crew members needed

SKILLED RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION WORKER – LOS ANGELES

Starting Pay: $22.50/hr — Up to $30 hr based on demonstrated skills

Residential construction company looking for a reliable, experienced construction worker to join our crew.

We are looking for someone with real hands-on experience who can work across multiple areas of residential construction.

Experience with any of the following is a BIG PLUS:

• Residential framing
• Concrete formwork
• Drywall hanging and finishing
• Stucco and lath
• Blocking and sheathing
• General carpentry
• Layout and measuring
• Reading basic construction plans
• Using power tools and hand tools

We’re looking for someone who knows how to build, not someone who only has construction experience on paper.

PAY

$22.50/hr starting pay.

If you demonstrate the skills and experience you say you have, pay can be increased to $25/hr.

We are looking for someone interested in steady work and becoming a dependable part of the crew.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous residential construction experience
• Reliable transportation
• Basic hand tools
• Able to read a tape measure
• Able to work independently and as part of a crew
• Reliable and shows up on time
• Good work ethic
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
