GENERAL CONSTRUCTION LEADMAN

General contractor seeks well rounded individual to act in the capacity of working leadman on institutional/commercial/residential projects with experience in; framing (metal & wood), concrete form and placement, site utilities and other common general construction tasks. Applicants must have;

• Verifiable previous employer references (not friends and relatives) for the last three to five consecutive years,
• Method of transportation (truck, car or motorcycle),
• Ability to read blueprints,
• Ability to communicate fluently in the English language,
• Willingness to be a self-starter and take the initiative to pursue project completion independently without continuous supervision,
• Physical ability with strength and stamina to; lift/carry (a minimum of 75 lbs), climb, dig, and endure continuous hard work days/hours,
• Safety training or willingness to receive such training.
