An established Midtown Memphis real estate management company with a portfolio of residential and commercial properties is seeking an experienced, reliable part-time general contractor to assist with ongoing property maintenance, repairs, renovations, and improvement projects.
We are looking for someone knowledgeable, resourceful, dependable, and capable of working independently.
The hours are flexible with ongoing work for an established Memphis real estate management company.
We are interested in developing a long-term working relationship with a dependable, experienced contractor.
Compensation based on experience, qualifications, and responsibilities.
