SKM Property Maintenance is currently hiring experienced subcontractors for residential and light commercial work. We have consistent jobs available year-round and are looking to expand our network of reliable tradespeople.

We are looking for:

• General Handymen
• Carpenters
• Painters (Interior/Exterior)
• Drywall Installers & Finishers
• Flooring & Tile Installers
• Kitchen/Bath Remodelers
• Deck & Fence Builders
• And other related trades

What We Offer:

• Steady work every week
• Weekly pay (paper check every Friday for jobs completed by Thursday)
• Flexible schedules
• Jobs close to your service area when possible
• No sales or customer acquisition — we provide the jobs

Requirements:

• Must have your own tools and transportation
• Must be able to communicate and show up on time
• Must carry Liability Insurance
• If you don’t have it, we can help you get it
• Must fill out subcontractor paperwork before starting

Pay Structure:

• Pay is per job/scope based on project size
• Contractors are paid the same week the job is completed and customer signs off as satisfied
