General Contractor Hiring Full-Time Maintenance Technicians!

Established General Contractor hiring full-time maintenance technicians responsible for performing repairs and general maintenance.

Requires a minimum of five (5) years’ experience of interior and exterior repairs (familiar with retail construction, Detex panic devices, traffic doors, emergency exit door installation, door closures, cart stops, ceramic tile, silicone application, mirrors, etc.)

Must be well-organized with good communication skills, ability to use email and able to write up paperwork.

Must have own tools, transportation (truck/van) and a valid driver’s license, and be legally allowed to work in the US.

Compensation: Insurance (Health, Vision, Dental), vacation and (6) paid holidays and mileage reimbursement.

Must speak/write English/ Bilingual a plus.
