Pay: Starting at $16/hour more based on experience/ Daily rate available for skilled painters

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist painters with prep work, including sanding, taping, masking, and priming
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Move ladders and scaffolding as needed
- Perform basic touch-ups and minor painting tasks
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Experience in construction or painting is a plus but not required
- Starting pay at $16/hour with opportunities for raises/ daily rate available for skilled painters
