General Laborer / Residential Construction Demo

Gittleman Construction is looking for an experienced General Laborer / Demo Worker to join our residential construction team.
We’re looking for someone who has hands-on residential construction experience, takes pride in their work, and is ready to be part of a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This is a physical, hands-on position for someone who likes to stay busy and knows how to work hard.

What You'll Do

• Residential demolition and tear-outs
• General construction labor and jobsite cleanup
• Loading, hauling, and moving materials
• Assisting carpenters, trades, and superintendents as needed
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Performing a variety of tasks to keep projects moving efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Previous residential construction experience is required
• Reliable transportation and a dependable attendance record
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to stay productive throughout the day
• Ability to work Monday through Friday
• Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment
• Able to take direction and work well as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to doing quality work
• Must be able to lift, carry, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
