General Manager - Landscaping Company (C-27 Required)

We're looking for an experienced operator to run an established, well-regarded landscaping company day to day. The business has a strong maintenance client base, skilled crews, equipment, and significant opportunity for growth.

The person in this role will serve as the company's qualifying individual (RMO or RME) on the C-27 license and have real authority over business operations.

What you'll do:

• Run daily operations: scheduling, crews, job costing, and quality control
• Own client relationships and win new residential and commercial work
• Manage estimating and bidding
• Hire, train, and lead field crews
• Serve as the qualifying individual on the company's C-27 license

What we're looking for:

• Active California C-27 (Landscaping) contractor's license in good standing
• 3+ years running landscaping crews or managing a landscaping business
