General Technicians

A Custom Home General Laborer/Technician supports the construction of high-quality, custom-built residential homes. This role involves assisting management , preparing job sites, handling materials, and performing a variety of tasks to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to precise specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain clean, organized job sites

Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment

Measure, cut, and assemble materials under supervision

Perform demolition, site prep, and clean up

Operate hand and power tools safely

Adhere to all safety standards and company policies

Skills & Qualifications:

Ability to use hand and power tools safely

Strong attention to detail, especially in high-end custom builds

Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials

Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team

Previous construction experience preferred

OSHA-10 required

Must have reliable transportation

Work Environment:

Work is performed on active residential construction sites and may include outdoor exposure to varying weather conditions. The position requires physical labor, including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
