German Tech wanted

5 to 10 years min. experience working on German Cars (VW Audi Mercedes Mini Porsche Sprinters)
Must have own tools and a Scanner, must be able to diagnose and make correct repairs, we do not throw parts at cars.
Must work clean and efficient
If you are familar with older models this is a plus 1965 through 2000.
We are a small but busy shop and we are looking for another tech
You
shower everyday, arrive on time ,in a working car,ready to work.
If you are married to your phone then just keep moving on. To many mistakes when your talking on your phone.
You are allowed 1 come back a month if comebacks are your thing you will be let go , if you forget to put things back in a car or a car comes back and things are loose like missing screws you will receive 1 warning the next time you will be let go.
This is not for someone who does it as a hobby and now wants to play mechanic full time.
If you have been out of this profession for more then 2 years you start at the bottom.
