Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced glaziers for projects located in or around Cincinnati, OH. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $32/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

Read blueprints, review architectural drawings, and take exact dimensions using tapes, levels, and plumb bobs
Cut monolithic, laminated, or specialty glass to size; fabricate or trim sashes and moldings
Safely extract old, cracked, or broken glass, putty, and gaskets from frames
Position and secure glass panels into wood, aluminum, or steel frames (storefronts, curtain walls, windows, skylights) using clips, gaskets, or fasteners
Apply structural silicone, sealants, or putty to ensure watertight and energy-efficient seals
Fix fogged/failed thermal units, adjust misaligned doors/hardware, and perform emergency/storm break repairs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Requirements:

Ideally 1–2 years of glazier experience
Ability to learn new equipment and processes
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
