About the Position

We are looking for a skilled, dependable, and professional Glazier / Custom Glass Shower Installer to join our team. This position involves measuring, handling, and installing custom glass shower enclosures, frameless shower doors, mirrors, and other residential glass products. The right candidate will be comfortable working independently, communicating with customers, and ensuring every installation meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Measure, install, and service custom glass shower doors and enclosures.
Install frameless and semi-frameless shower doors, fixed glass panels, and related hardware.
Accurately measure openings and verify dimensions to ensure proper fit and alignment.
Read and interpret measurements, glass specifications, installation instructions, and hardware requirements.
Safely handle, transport, and install glass panels and related materials.
Drill, adjust, level, and secure glass hardware as required for proper installation.
Apply silicone and sealants neatly and professionally to provide a clean, finished appearance.
Inspect installations to ensure proper fit, function, alignment, and finish quality.
Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments.
Protect customers' homes, tile, countertops, floors, and surrounding surfaces during installation.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and leave each jobsite presentable upon completion.
Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, contractors, and team members.
Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in good working condition.
Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work each day.
Represent the company with a professional appearance, courteous attitude, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous experience installing custom glass shower doors, frameless enclosures, or residential glass products is preferred.
Knowledge of glass handling, measuring, hardware installation, leveling, and silicone application.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce clean, precise, high-quality installations.
Ability to read measurements accurately and solve problems in the field.
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a responsible driving record.
Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to maintaining a consistent work schedule.
Must maintain a clean, professional, and presentable appearance when representing the company.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage installation appointments efficiently.
Ability to safely lift, carry, and maneuver heavy or oversized glass panels, with assistance or lifting equipment when appropriate.
