Glazier / Window & Door Installer, Entry-Level to Team Lead

MTJ Innovation installs windows, doors, and glazing systems for high-end custom homes. We’re growing our Bay Area crew and hiring at two levels:

Entry-level glaziers: No glazing experience required. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and want to learn a skilled trade, we’ll train you.
Experienced glaziers and team leads: Proven installers ready to run jobs, lead a crew, and set the standard for quality on site.

Pay: $70,000 – $180,000 per year, based on experience and expertise. Where you land in this range depends on your skill level, experience, and role. Entry-level hires start toward the lower end, and experienced team leads are paid toward the top.

Travel: Our job sites are located throughout California, and we also travel out of state for select projects. Travel is a regular part of this role, but you won’t be on the road all the time. Lodging, per diem, and travel time are covered whenever a project takes you out of town.

What you’ll do

Install premium window, door, and glazing systems on luxury residential projects
Handle, set, and seal large-format glass and units to exacting tolerances
Read plans and shop drawings, and coordinate with builders and other trades
Protect finished surfaces and keep a clean, safe jobsite
Team leads: run installs, direct and train crew members, and keep jobs on schedule

What we’re looking for

For entry-level: a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
For experienced roles: a background in glazing, window and door installation, or finish carpentry
Pride in precise, clean work, because our clients expect a flawless finish
A team-first mentality
Comfortable traveling to job sites throughout California and out of state as projects require
A valid driver’s license is a big plus. It’s not required, but it’s strongly preferred.
