## Positions Available

• **Laborers** – Starting at **$20/hour** (No experience required)
• **Carpenters** – **$20–$25/hour**, based on experience
• **Glaziers** – **Competitive pay based on experience**

## Job Responsibilities

• Install storefront systems, glass, doors, windows, and related products.
• Read and follow job instructions and measurements.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work efficiently as part of a team while producing quality workmanship.
• Represent the company professionally at customer job sites.
• Be dependable, punctual, and ready to work every day.

## Requirements

• **Valid driver's license (Required)**
• **Reliable transportation to and from work (Required)**
• **Must own basic hand tools**
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physical labor.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
• Construction, carpentry, or glazing experience is a plus, but not required for laborers.

## Travel

Some projects require overnight travel. When travel is required, **the company provides:**
