Graders Needed – Residential Construction Join the YB Team!

Younger Brothers is currently seeking experienced and dependable Graders to join our residential construction team.

We are looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Position Summary: The Grader is responsible for preparing residential lots and job sites for construction by operating grading equipment, leveling surfaces, and ensuring proper site drainage and elevation in accordance with project specifications.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform rough and finish grading for residential construction projects
• Operate grading and earth-moving equipment safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret plot plans, grades, and elevations
• Assist with backfilling, compaction, and lot preparation
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Previous grading experience in residential construction preferred
• Experience operating standard grading equipment and tractors a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver’s license
