GRINDER / GENERAL LABORER

We are looking for a dependable Grinder / General Laborer who is comfortable working with metal parts, grinders, machinery, and material-handling equipment.

🔧 PRIMARY DUTIES

• Grind slag and rough edges from finished metal parts
• Clean and finish metal parts to customer specifications
• Inspect finished parts for quality
• Measure parts using tape measures and calipers
• Load and unload metal materials
• Move and organize materials throughout the facility
• Assist with scrap processing and weighing
• Help load and unload trucks
• Assist machine operators as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous grinding, metal shop, fabrication, or industrial experience preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Comfortable working around industrial machinery
• Warehouse/material handling experience
• Mechanical background is a plus
• Forklift experience preferred — or willing to be trained
• Must be able to read and write English
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be safety-minded and detail-oriented
• Must be able to wear steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection and required PPE

$18.00 PER HOUR
