Grounded Homes Seeking Insured Subcontractors | Chester County

Grounded Homes LLC is building a network of qualified subcontractors for rental turnovers, punch list work, repairs, and small renovations in the West Chester area.

We’re a startup with strong local connections and expect to get projects moving quickly. Right now, we’re looking to connect with:

Punch list professionals and turnover crews

Tile installers, flooring installers, and painters

Cabinet and countertop installers

Electricians, HVAC contractors, and plumbers

We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, have their own tools and reliable transportation, communicate well, and bring a professional, positive attitude to the job. Being based within about 30 minutes of West Chester is a plus.

Before working together, subcontractors will need to complete our onboarding form and provide a W-9 and proof of insurance. This is an opportunity for independent subcontractors, not a full-time employment position.
