***Grounds Caretaker & Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)***

Thomas Ranch Development is seeking a dependable, hands-on Grounds Caretaker & Maintenance Technician to help maintain the beauty, safety, and daily readiness of our ranch, hospitality, residential, and recreational properties. This is a highly visible role for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys being outdoors, and is energized by supporting a premier guest and member experience.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain grounds, trails, entrances, outdoor spaces, ranch areas, and facilities so they remain clean, safe, functional, and guest-ready.
• Perform landscaping, general maintenance, minor repairs, equipment care, and property improvement projects.
• Support event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture, materials, signage, and equipment.
• Assist with ranch operations, animal care, vehicle readiness, safety checks, and daily property needs.
• Respond professionally to requests while helping create exceptional first impressions across the property.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, landscaping, ranch operations, facilities, hospitality, golf course maintenance, or a related field.
• Mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to safely operate tools, utility vehicles, tractors, trailers, and maintenance equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather and lift, push, pull, or carry up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required

Preferred Experience

• Experience in ranch, agricultural, golf course, resort, hospitality, or residential community environments.
• Experience working around livestock, horses, or ranch animals.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
